Risk Control Committee

Hydro Power projects are Site specific which require huge investment and have long gestation periods. This characteristic exposes Hydro Power Projects to greater risks.

Hydro plants have become more vulnerable due to increased frequency of Natural Disasters in recent time. Therefore, Risk mitigation has become more challenging.

Risk management is the process to identify, classify, analyze, assess and control the Risks in Hydro Electric Projects and develop Risk Management Plan and Disaster Management Plan for the Projects.

We have set up a risk and contingency committee comprising of personnel having expertise and talent to deliver the required objectives.

Design, Engineering and Quality Control Committee

The Design and Quality control committee checks and reviews, the design, project schedule, drawings, technical specifications, methodology, quality assurance plans and get all necessary changes, modification, correctness done to ensure Correct documents for implementation.

Project Implementation Unit

The PIU implements the project and carry out all project activities as per schedule provided by consultant and approved by Quality Control committee. Quality Assurance Plan for each activity is adhered to and daily/weekly and monthly Quality Compliance are prepared and submitted in monthly progress report.The PIU follows standard project management procedures while executing the project.
